HUMANA G0365
Humana Vitality, a digital wellness and behavior change experience, wanted to build a new experience that would improve the health and habits of their users. Working with Humana stakeholders and employees, we were able to create concepts to help users make a habit out of living healthy using motivation, features, partnerships. From there, G0365 was born- a redesign of Humana’s members-only rewards program where members can earn points by tracking their everyday healthy activities, food intake, and preventative care. In return, they can earn rewards and use them towards Apple products, fitness trackers, and gift cards.
Our two main goals for Go365 were customization and accessibility. Customization was key because activities were based on individual member’s personal health and fitness goals. Part of our system was solely dedicated to a curated library of iconography and photography that the client could use for the thousands of their participant’s activities. And since our target demographic was slightly older, our entire design system had to comply with AAA accessibility standards to accommodate all users. Seven weeks, six prototypes, and three rounds of testing later, Humana received a new digital tool kit, responsive designs, and a platform to drive meaningful changes in behavior.
